How much does ReportOne cost?
ReportOne starts from Cloud S at €2.50/month + VAT, billed annually at €30 + VAT/year. The final price also depends on the template you choose.
What does “starting from” mean?
It means the price shown is the minimum fee for that Cloud plan. The selected template may include features and automatisms that affect the final price.
Why can the price change based on the template?
Because each ReportOne template can include different features based on the industry and type of work you manage.
What is the difference between Cloud S, M and L?
S, M and L indicate different record capacities: 1,000, 2,500 and 5,000 total records. They are not three different software versions.
Can I start with Cloud S?
Yes. You can start with the smallest plan and upgrade later when your usage grows.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan when customers, reports, jobs and data increase.
Do I lose data when I upgrade my Cloud plan?
No. The upgrade increases available capacity without requiring you to start again or manually move your data.
